This is Yowly Cat. He doesn't have an official name. That's just the sound that his meow makes: 'yowl.' It's like it takes his entire body to meow, and then he proceeds to swallow it. At first, I thought he was yowling at me because he was afraid of me, but as time went by, he started lying down and falling asleep while he meowed at me! So it turns out that he's just chatty. And again, it's gender-neutral he. I can't tell cat gender without looking at their butts, and unless they flick up their tails, there's not much I can do. :)
